Residential

Garage DoorsOur residential product lines offer a comprehensive selection of face patterns to complement any home design. The flush doors offer a clean appearance and can be especially good for applications in older homes where the jambs are not plumb or the header not true. The raised panel design is the most common face used in modern steel doors. Depending on the width of the door, each section will have 4, 6, or 8 square embossed raised panels. Our newest design is the ranch style design, which is also a raised panel design. Instead of 4, 6, or 8 square panels, this interesting design offers 2 or 4 rectangular raised panels.

We have several different R-values to accommodate whatever level thermal barrier that you need. And most of our residential lines are offered in your choice of six colors: white, almond, sandstone, brown, desert tan and hunter green . Our weather seal is formulated to match the door colors.

We offer a variety of track and spring options to accommodate any situation. Our lock systems are installed at the time of installation so there are no precut holes. This allows our customers to choose whether they need Inside or outside locks.

We also have a complete line of operators with all of the standard optional equipment as well as the latest safety features like infrared photocells for the safety of your children & pets. Other options include keypads, which will only allow access from the outside to your own short list of family and friends. Multiple button remote controls that allow you to activate more than one door from a single control are also available. All of our remotes and keypads have a rotating code that randomly selects the next code from over a billion possible choices. This makes it impossible for anyone to ‘read’ your code when you use the door allowing them to return later and gain access to rob or vandalize your home.

We can wrap up the whole job for you!

Our staff is proficient in putting on the finishing touches with aluminum coil stock to wrap the jambs in matching colors. Why hire separate contractors to do these small finish jobs when we will do it all for you? We can even reframe your openings if that is required.
